Dr. Kotlowski started her career decades ago as an officer in the U.S. Army and has vast practical experience and knowledge on what it takes to become an effective leader in any organization. Dr. Kotlowski currently lives in the United Kingdom, RAF Lakenheath. In her leisure time, she loves attending church, weightlifting, reading, writing, watching a good movie, and travelling.
