FLORA ALVES is the author of the bestselling Gamification (DVS Editora), an Instructional Designer and Master Trainer Designated by ATD (American Association for Talent Development) and devotes her career to researching new learning methods. Founding partner of SG Tailored Corporate Learning, she develops engaging and complete learning solutions that favour the transfer of learning to practice. An international lecturer as well as a training facilitator, she has a degree in Marketing by Universidade Paulista, a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Administration by FAAP and specialization in Learning. This work presents the Trahentem® methodology for Learning Design using Canvas, which will revolutionize the way we develop training.
