In this context, the study also defines the term “Legal Technology”, categorises Legal Technology services (“application-oriented categorisation”), analyses the relevant European legal framework and highlights the connections to the upcoming European Artificial Intelligence Act.
Constantin Jung, LL.M. (Dundee), conducts research in the legal fields of, inter alia, Robotics and Law as well as Digitalisation of the Legal Market.
