Dr. Christopher Ulloa Chaves has roughly twenty-eight years of professional experience in nonprofit organizations, senior-level national security education, and university-level teaching at institutions including Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, Duquesne University, University of New Mexico, and the College of William and Mary. He has also lectured at the Santa Fe Institute. He carries an undergraduate degree in education from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and a doctoral degree in higher education from the University of Southern California. [e-mail].
