They will be able to identify the use of dialogue, and realize when reading stories, dialogue determines what characters say and how they say it. Readers will also understand that dialogue can be beneficial with figuring out the setting, and gives information regarding characters within stories.

Nydia Nadine Ponder has received an Associate Degree in Mass Communication from University of Phoenix, Bachelor of Science Degree from Albany State University in Mass Communication, and recently graduated from North Carolina Central University with a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science in December 2021. Nydia was reared in Hawkinsville, Georgia by her parents, who always encouraged her that she could become anything she wants to become, and not to allow anyone to put limitations on what she can do or cannot do. She lives by her favorite scripture, "I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME."
