Autorenporträt

Sharon A. Gricol was born and raised in rural Waukon, Iowa. After graduating high school in 1981, she joined the United States Air Force. She married Donald M. Gricol in 1983 and, upon the birth of their first child, she left the Air Force to be a full-time wife and mother as her husband continued his career in the Air Force. They have lived in Geilenkirchen, Germany, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Renton, Washington, and Yorktown, Virginia. They are now retired from the military and call Oklahoma their home.
