Albert Louis Allen was born, nurtured, and educated along the clear, cold, and fish-laden Missouri Ozark streams where the deer and elk, along with black bear, Mountain lion, feral horses and pigs, and other wild small game animals roam. where he honed his love for nature, humor, science fiction, and fictional cultural history Except for a four-year tour with the U.S. Navy, he spent his life among the colorful forests and streams of the Ozarks.
