Scott Shackelford is Executive Director of both the Ostrom Workshop and the Center for Applied Cybersecurity Research and Professor of Business Law and Ethics at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Emily Castle is Assistant Director and Librarian, Ostrom Workshop.
