On the robe was the image of a crouching tiger, which was the emblem of his family, and it was drawn. Also on his shield and weapons, but they were dulled from the strikes of swords and the impact of arrows, as if nature, which had emptied the members of this knight in the form of strength and bravery, had given him a structure that could not be exhausted by fatigue or overcome by the fluctuations of the regions. His morals were equal to his structure, so he made firmness a priority and steadfastness his rule, and this is what distinguished the people of the North over other peoples and made them the most important king's seats in all of Europe.
