My goal in writing this book has been to illustrate on how easy it is to become healthy, not just for some but for everyone. I have found during my research that most people think that they are healthy but in actuality are not healthy at all. They are heading for a life of pain and suffering, and costs that few people can afford. Just because a person does not feel bad at the time does not mean he is healthy. I have found that many people have a genuine concern and interest in being healthy, but only eat healthy foods sometimes, and exercise only sometimes. Good health is not a sometime activity, it is full time activity. In all of the eight books that I have published to date, I have included many recipes on the right kinds of foods that are the most important factor for good health. All of my recipes are delicious and filling. Restaurants should be avoided if at all possible; even if you are traveling, because good healthy can not be achieved by eating any restaurant food. Good health by eating proper foods, produces a great number of benefits including food costs. Good food can cost as much as eighty percent less than junk food. Preparing meals ahead of time can actually create more free time. Controlling your meals makes it easier to accomplish your health goals, rather than maintaining an unhealthy lifestyle.

For fifteen years being healthy has been a life changing positive experience for me. I feel much more wiser, alert, and knowledgeable, and want to share with others on how to live a healthier and longer happy life.I also have abilities which were not present while being unhealthy. For anyone who thinks a body which has an extra pounds 55 pounds, diabetes, kidney stones, and bone problems, and says this does not affect the mind and the body is really fooling themselves. The last fifteen years have been continuous verification that consuming real food packed with nutrition, and maintaining a clean colon has made the difference between being healthy and being unhealthy. Throughout the years I have found very few people who are healthy, and in control of their body, It seems like one person in a million. This is unfortunate and sad, because it does not take much to care for yourself and your future being. Being healthy is for everyone, and the system illustrated in these 8 books will make being healthy really easy. My major goal was to make all my findings public and this of course includes my delicious recipes which can be found in the different eight books. The information when applied will solve problems, and not maintain them. It is very sad to see the many unhealthy people who will continue a life of pain and suffering. Which is very expensive to maintain, especially their health bills. To often hear people defend an unhealthy lifestyle, their doctors methods, and their unbelievable excuses such as " it's so hard to become healthy". This is all so unrealistic and is a slow form of self destruction. Make the change to want to live in a healthy body which will be rewarding to you and to everyone around you. It is very predictable that making bad choices today will lead to a life of future pain and suffering. The good news though is that it is easy to make the choice to be healthy while you still appear to be healthy. When the right choice is made everything gets better from the body, mind, finances, and to a brighter future.
