An advocate for diversity, Mr. Carr has hired more people of color and has the most diverse sales team than any other executive or company in the media industry. For more than twelve years, the Louis Carr Internship Foundation has dedicated its efforts to improve diversity in corporate America.He currently serves on the board of the Boys Hope Girls Hope and the United States Track and Field Foundation.
