Theresa (Rijos) Broom was raised in the northeast (Connecticut and Pennsylvania) and attended Boston University College of Communication. She has over 30 years experience working with children and adults of all ages both domestically and abroad. Mrs. Broom has two children and she lives with her husband Chris and their family dog Tinkerbell. Her mother is the inspiration for the Little Lucy Book series.
