Little Macks Big Move originated in the experience of a move that my son and I made from Michigan to our current residence in Arizona. Seemingly oblivious to the chaos of the move, I could not help but wonder how much of the change he sensed or understood. This is the first in a series of character education story books about Little Mack as he navigates change and other challenges in life. It is my hope that parents are able to use this and other books in the Little Mack series to help their children navigate through lifes transitions and trials.

Autorenporträt
Kizzy E. Tanner was born in Detroit, Michigan, the younger of two railroad workers. Kizzy earned her early education and graduated from Detroit Public Schools. She later gained her love for literature when she attended Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan. After graduating from Eastern Michigan with a bachelor's degree in science, where she majored in speech communication and American literature, Kizzy began her teaching career in Detroit, Michigan. Working with inner-city youth, learning, and growing with her students, Kizzy was determined to continue with her education; therefore, she returned to school to earn two master's degrees from the University of Phoenix. After several years of teaching in Detroit and the surrounding suburbs, Kizzy made the transition to share her love for teaching in the Grand Canyon State, Arizona, where she currently resides with her son, Dillon.
