This guide is developed based on seven topics that will allow you to reach happiness: My Thoughts: My Reality, The Love of My Life Is Myself, My Attitude Towards Life, My Relationships: My Compass for Healing, My Spirit: My Access to Universal Wisdom, The Well-Being of the Body, and Living a Purposeful Life.
Seven exercises, tips and reflections have been created for each of the seven topics, resulting in 49 days of continuous work towards your sustainable happiness. After those 49 days, it will be up to you to continue incorporating these practices into your everyday living more and more so as to guarantee the happiness you so long for.
Happiness is a state that everyone wants: we want to live happily, be happy and to do things that make us happy. However,
very often we believe that happiness is an external task, when in reality it is an internal task.
Being happy means being able to enjoy each and every one of the wonderful moments that life offers us and make the most of them. Being happy means being able to enjoy life with your loved ones, being able to love them unconditionally, being able to see them grow, blossom. Being happy means being able to see beauty in the midst of the storm, being able to grow, being able to love.
As Matthieu Ricard says in his book Happiness (2007), we tend to confuse true happiness with emotions that we enjoy and make us feel good. The happiness that is proposed in this guide is what I call "sustainable happiness", which we can always return to, regardless of what is happening in our life. That is the happiness that lasts.
True happiness requires practice. Happiness is learned. So, enjoy this gift that has come to you because, like everyone else, you deserve and want to be HAPPY. May each word and exercise that this guide offers bring you closer to that achievable happiness.
