JT Hine is an author and translator who calls Rome, Italy, his hometown. After collecting sea stories in the US Navy and at the University of Virginia, he set out to live and work on the road. His bicycle took him through Western Europe and North America. He has written nonfiction books, professional articles, and the Emily & Hilda series of novels.
