After spending over 30 years writing business and technical documents, Sue Methuen has turned her focus to writing for fun and creating positive experiences in every aspect of life (body, mind, spirit) which includes taking care of this wonderful planet earth and the people in it.

Sue was born in France at a Canadian military base. She has travelled across North America, Europe, Australia and currently lives in Alberta, Canada. She enjoys spending time with her husband and adult son.
