Silje Merethe Fossness is a Norwegian master chef. Already by the age of four she had decided and set her mind toward becoming a professional chef. Growing up in the countryside of southern Norway, she was always close to the forest and ocean, which gave her the opportunity to harvest fresh ingredients directly to bring them home for preparation. It's no surprise she developed such a passion for food!
