When you think of fairy tales, it's inevitable that you think back on the traditional stories you heard as a child. I heard them too. But as I grew older I reflected on how something seemed to be missing. Like sex. I mean come on! Sex is part of everybody's life, even if all it is is dreaming about it. But none of the old tales have any sex in them! Of course that wasn't their purpose. I get that.

But it is now.

Come along as I imagine some of those traditional stories and fill in the blanks. We start with a tangent, based on the sleeping princess story, and then put a princess in a tower, where she learns nothing about sex until the prince shows up. From there it's on to a girl and her sheep (and her sheep dog - beastiality warning!) and how she gets cured of one perversion only to enjoy another (incest warning!) Finally, I often wondered about that woman who lived in a shoe, so I made up a story about her, and why it was a shoe and so on and so forth.

Please be aware these are not children's fairy tales any longer. Not even a little bit. These are adult fare all the way, and are not appropriate for those under the tender age of eighteen.

I grew up in the fifties and sixties, and that is reflected in my books quite often. I spent twenty years in law enforcement, and traveled the world, which also can be seen in my books and stories. While the genre I write in is technically called erotic romance, what I actually write are stories with a plot, which include sexual behavior on the part of the characters. That is because most people's lives include sex and erotic gratification. And, since most people wonder about lifestyles that are sometimes called taboo, or forbidden, I write about them, occasionally too. I believe that two consenting adults know more about their own happiness than anyone else, and that even if they are mistaken, they have the right to make their own choices. I also believe that love is the key to making choices that will not turn out to be mistakes.
Many of my ideas involve coming of age, which usually takes place in the early to mid teens. Publishing standards, however, require that all characters in the published version of the book be over 18. That's not realistic, but it's just the way things are.
