Autorenporträt
Susie Steiner, author of the blog, Create and Connect, is passionate about finding ways for people to have meaningful connections through creative adventures which include DIY essential oil projects, knitting, quilting, painting, caring for animals and writing. When she was small, she loved to read, take care of her dog Mugzie and play outside with her brothers. When she grew up, she became a mom and as her children grow up she realizes how fast time is going so she captures her favorite family moments and lessons in childrens books to share and to remember. Her four children, Sierra, Jack, Austin and Birdie are her very critical and imaginative editors. She works from home in a busy household with her children, three dogs, ten chickens, 15 fish, 2 bunnies, a bearded dragon lizard, and her very patient husband. She lives in Oconomowoc, WI. 20% of the proceeds from this book will be donated to HAWS - Humane Animal Welfare Society, Waukesha WI.
