PAUL BENNETT is an award-winning journalist who has more than eighteen years of experience as a television anchor/reporter; radio anchor; print publisher, editor, reporter; and Internet news blogger. In 2008, the Houston Press Club, the largest professional news media organization in Texas, placed Bennett third as its Texas Print Journalist of the year for print publications. It must be noted that Bennett accomplished this as an almost totally one-person band operation. Bennett is an alumnus of Howard University and a graduate of Texas Southern University, where he majored in journalism. Currently, Bennett is an English teacher at Milby High School in Houston, Texas.
