She was a political reporter for more than 30 years and worked at the Boston Globe and as a White House and Congressional Correspondent for Cable Network News (CNN). She is a native of Massachusetts and lives in Washington, D.C. and Marion, Massachusetts with her husband B. Jay Cooper.
