She has published three nonfiction, self-help books for teens plus nationally published children's articles. Currently, she writes features for the Beloit Daily News (Beloit, Wisconsin) and is the medical writer for Northwest Quarterly Magazine covering northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. Magic in the Air is her first book of fiction.
