To be in the present moment, you need to be fully present, without any thoughts or feelings. You need to be physically at ease, mentally aware and emotionally available to the present moment. All three of your levels of being, as described in The Perennial Truth - Awakening of the Soul, must be aligned for you to connect to the present moment.
