He is Chief Foreign Exchange Strategist at Brown Brothers Harriman and served as Chief Currency Strategist for HSBC Bank USA. Chandler is a prolific writer, contributing to such media as TheStreet.com, Currency Trader, Barron's, and the Financial Times.
