In this book, the famous psychologist Viktor Frankl challenges the assumption that religious faith is separated from mental health. On the contrary, he argues that faith lies at the final resting place of the human being searching for the meaning of life. Religion here is not in its sectarian sense that tells you that all you have to do is believe for everything to be okay, but rather faith and religion in their broader sense. Just as a storm extinguishes a small fire, it fuels a great fire. Likewise, weak faith is weakened by calamities and disasters, while strong faith is strengthened by them.
