Goldman School of Dental Medicine, and Chief of Service, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Boston Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Richard D'Innocenzo, DMD, MD, is Clinical Associate Professor and Director of Predoctoral Oral Surgery Education at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, and Vice Chairman, Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Boston Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
