A lot of these poems were written during the time of the pandemic which hit most of America in March 2020, hence the name "March Madness" This book covers many different areas, such as humor, God alcoholism. depression, hope race, etc. A professor of literature read one of my poem books and said she was impressed by how I spoke about many different topics. I did not see what was so spectacular about that. I just assumed that's how every poet wrote.

He's been rapping since the age of 13. Then in 2001 he saw a movie called "A Knight's Tale." In that movie. the lead actress recited a poem that said, " the pieces of my broken heart are so small that they could be passed through the eye of a needle," and before I had left the theater I decided that I would now start writing poetry. Being already orientated in the skill of rhyming made it easy for me to transition to poetry. Yes, I still rap, but ever since I studied the Bible, I realized that I had to change the contents of my songs.
