Anna Liza Barroga Carbonell, a healthcare professional who believes that writing is her ultimate expression of her strong desires. Born and raised in Baguio City, Philippines, her passion for writing and drawing especially children's books was truly inspired by her daughter, Maria Claire Mantela.
