Dr. Rena Mourouzi-Sivitanidou was an award-winning lecturer and researcher, teaching courses in Real Estate Market Analysis, Real Estate Economics, and Real Estate Development. This book is a compilation of her lecture notes and handouts for the very successful course "Market Analysis for Real Estate," which she taught for nine years in the Master in Real Estate Development program at the University of Southern California. The effort of compiling her lectures into a book was initiated after she passed away in 2000, following the recommendation of her colleagues who recognized the value of the excellent teaching material that she had created. The full responsibility for any omissions or mistakes that may be found in the book lies exclusively with the editor.
