Via eBook proceeds, I hope to purchase vacant properties, then offer 5 year leases to people needing secure housing, at a 25% discount for the 5 year period, with an option after 5 years to then use their rent money to repay us as an easy mortgage, with a possible annual admin fee charge of 5%. The mortgage principal would be the cost I paid, or current market value, whichever is lower. Annual rent increase will be 1%.
