Gilbert Faccarello is Professor at the University of Paris II Panthéon- Assas, France, a founding editor of The European Journal of the History of Economic Thought and co- Editor of the Routledge Historical Resources site devoted to the history of economic thought. Heinz D. Kurz is Professor Emeritus at the Graz Schumpeter Centre, Austria, a founding editor of The European Journal of the History of Economic Thought and, together with Gilbert Faccarello, co- Editor of the Routledge Historical Resources site on the history of economic thought.
