He oversees the large government information collection and provides reference services to the university community and members of the general public. He is author of Harnessing the Power of Google: What Every Researcher Should Know (2017) and Librarian's Guide to Online Searching, 6th edition (2021). He has taught in the University of Denver Library School for over 20 years.
