By day, CJ is a caricature artist on Coney Island's boardwalk. By night, a renowned artist, creating and living in his Coney Island studio. Terrified by the possibility of the exposure of his long-hidden affairs and indiscretions, the mayor attempts to suppress the exhibition, causing chaos to erupt. The situation quickly spirals out of control, and everything comes crashing down, leaving a trail of life-changing consequences in its wake. A penetrating love triangle is exposed, adopted twins are reunited, and the mayor of New York resigns.
