Karen Haber is the author of nine novels, including Star Trek Voyager: Bless the Beasts, and co-author of Science of the X-Men. She is a Hugo Award nominee, nominated for Meditations on Middle Earth, an essay collection celebrating J. R. R. Tolkien. Her short fiction has appeared in many publications, including Asimov's and The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction. Haber's non-fiction work includes Exploring the Matrix: Visions of the Cyber Present, a collection of essays by leading science fiction writers and artists; Kong Unbound, an original anthology; and Transitions: Todd Lockwood, a book-length retrospective of the artist's work. Joe Haldeman is an award-winning science fiction novelist. He is best known for The Forever War, which Ridley Scott is currently adapting for the big screen. The Forever War and Forever Peace both won the Nebula and Hugo Awards. Haldeman¹s most recent novels include Starbound, Marsbound, The Accidental Time Machine, and Camouflage. He received the Grand Master Award from the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America in 2010. He currently rotates between residing in Gainesville, Florida and Cambridge, Massachusetts.
