Robert Collins, born and educated in the United States, is the author of many sciencefiction, mystery, and suspense stories in the form of business memos to his Head Office superiors. A resident of Tokyo since 1977, Mr. Collins pursues a professional business career, in addition to serving as President of the Tokyo American Club and Chairman of a local school board. He lists his hobbies as solving crossword puzzles, worrying about the exchange rate, and repairing a defective backhand lob.
