D. A. Nelson was born in Aberdeen, Scotland. A bizarre human, moulded by experiences from growing up in North-East Scotland to living in South-East Asia. Nelson always found comfort in creating his own universes and developing them. Mental illness, life as a student and briefly a car mechanic, did not change that. The urge to create always engulfed everything else.
