Originally mainly a takeaway with a deli on the side, the restaurant has exploded, with about 11,000 meatballs served each week.
Mathias Pilblad is the chef and co-owner of Meatballs For the People, and his mission is to only serve the best meatballs possible, using local and sustainable produce.
