Markus POSSET is a well-known Austrian media manager, investor, management consultant, lobbyist and political advisor. Among other things, he was COO of Echo Medienhaus Group, Managing Director of Verlagsgruppe News (VGN) and thus also head of the two leading Austrian media "Profil" and "Trend" as well as Managing Director of Mediengruppe Österreich. He also works as a lecturer at the Vienna University of Applied Sciences for Journalism & Media Management. As a prominent supporter of the anti-corruption referendum in Austria, POSSET is particularly concerned about free media per se and their future. In 2021, Markus POSSET was awarded the "Golden Decoration of Merit" by the Republic of Austria by the Austrian Federal President for his special services as a media manager. Furthermore Markus POSSET was appointed on the part of the Albanian Prime Minister and Exequatur by the Austrian Federal President as "Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania in Austria". www.markusposset.com
