Andrea Mina is University Lecturer in Economics of Innovation, Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK. Richard R. Nelson is Director of the Program on Science, Technology, and Global Development, Columbia Earth Institute, Professor Emeritus of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University, USA. Ronnie Ramlogan is a Senior Lecturer at the Manchester Business School, UK.
