Michelle Sowle is a registered dietitian nutritionist. Michelle finished her dietetic internship at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center, where she graduated and she later worked as an outpatient weight loss and bariatric surgery dietitian.

To date, she is one of the leading experts of the Healthy Eating Movement, she has helped thousands of people with eating disorders and obesity to lose weight and maintain their health sustainably over time.

Michelle helps people change their life today and stop worrying about "diet" foods and calories. There isn't a "one-size-fits-all" diet, according to Michelle, who places a strong emphasis on each person's unique goals while working with them individually based on their genetics, physiological makeup, and metabolic characteristics.

Michelle is also an expert in healthy cooking. Instead, Michelle focuses on "genuine" dietary ingredients and a holistic outlook on life, which are the foundation of her philosophy, and she replaces those with healthy lifestyle and health adjustments. Her goal is to reshape the eating patterns and lifestyles of the next generation in order to improve their long-term health.

Michelle is a mom of three young children, and currently living in the San Francisco Bay with her family and her Dalmatian called Lola.
