Robert A. Chesnut is pastor emeritus of the East Liberty Presbyterian Church, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The author of Transforming the Mainline Church: Lessons in Change from Pittsburgh's Cathedral of Hope (2000), he holds MDiv and PhD degrees from Harvard.
