Vladimir Bagirov Full name: Vladimir Vladimirovich Bagirov (Russian: Владимир Владимирович Багиров) Vladimir Bagirov was born November 19, 1969, in the Crimea in the family of a hereditary military man. During his father's military service, he visited many republics of the USSR and traveled abroad. Bagirov was educated at Georgian Technical University, Tbilisi, where he studied electrical machines from 1986 to 1992 and was qualified as an electromechanical engineer. Between 1992 and 2005, he worked at the the Crimea energy industry. While working in the field of commerce and marketing for enterprise Omnium Concept (2007-2014) in Montreal, Canada, Vladimir Bagirov attended Collège de Rosemont, where he studied business management. The affinity for literary creativity arose during the coronavirus lockdown.
