Learning to deal with my liver diagnoses and afterwards the news of my diabetes, this was just too much to bear. I felt at this stage that there was nothing left of me. I came to a point that the struggle with my health would have caused my ultimate demise if I did not act in time. This realization occurred to me rather late and I had to make drastic decisions to live. Even though I was a type 2 diabetic with escalating glucose levels, it only made my will to live stronger as I was determined to beat this disease and survive. Between the pages you will come to know how fear can stagnate in an imperfect body and mind. How it can allow a sane woman to give up all hope and how that can be turned around to create someone who is not ready to let go, not yet. Therefor, I want to share my journey of how I survived and lived to tell my story.
