The author offers a unique methodology for training leaders. He is convinced that Russian business needs a corporate culture with a "national flavor". As a specificity of national culture, the author calls a special - parental - managerial style that does not fit into Western typologies. This is our domestic chip, like the American dream or the Japanese code of honor. According to the author, on the basis of Suvorov's Science of Victory, it is possible to create a new managerial and business culture that is more stable and resistant to external influences. The author's conclusions are supported by examples from modern Russian business practice.
