Barry Wren is a gynaecological endocrinologist, and has worked for 40 years in researching the facts of the menopause and its treatment. He is the author of 2 previous books. Margaret Stephenson Meere is a qualified Midwife and Early Childhood and Family Health Nurse. Margaret brings to her work a belief in holistic medicine, having trained in Cranio-sacral therapy (Paediatrics) with the Upledger Institute and also in Hellerwork postural correction and counselling. She is the author of 2 previous books.
