This second edition is a must-read book for those of you who wish to expand your personal horizons and competence using the timeless mentoring concept. Millions of productive, satisfied mentoring partners over thousands of years-who forged the links together the right way-can't be wrong.

Uncover secrets and valuable insights not found elsewhere. These 70 topics (and their associated activities, case studies, interviews and more) have been selected based on the author's decades of real-life experience and careful research with thousands of people around the globe.

Discover the (sometimes counter intuitive and secret) concepts about mentoring that people in Fortune 100 companies, universities, the military, public schools, government, associations, nonprofits, and other fields have learned by working with Marilynne and her company.

This book has been written to counterbalance the misinformation and bad advice people have been given about building and maintaining relationships. Further, the goal is to provide the reader with material that stimulates further thought on issues of great importance.

Mentoring A to Z is a just-for-you book that lays how unique mentoring relationships form and develop in both positive and negative ways. Don't let it go bad: read Mentoring A to Z cover to cover today!
