His Mediterranean roots, blended with 22 years cooking experience in the UK, along with his research on food benefits, colour meanings and Chakra activation, led to the discovery that introducing spirituality & wisdom into the kitchen and dining room has the power to transform eating habits for dynamic, positive, enlightening wellbeing.
