Dr. Nimmy Srivastava is an assistant professor in the Department of Biotechnology, at Amity University Jharkhand, India. She completed her Ph.D. in the field of genetics. Salam A. Ibrahim is a professor of food science at the North Carolina A & T State University. His areas of expertise are food safety, microbiology, dairy food fermentation, and biotechnology. Dr. Mohamed Hussein Arbab Nasr is an associate professor of medical microbiology at Omdurman Ahlia University Sudan, Khartoum. His research is focused on medical microbiology.
