The second paper analyses the extent to which Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) plays a role in the adoption of eco-efficiency principles in the financial sector. The third paper analyses the impact of dynamic capability (DC) of emerging market multinationals (EMNEs) on their firm technological performance by teasing out the concepts of agility and knowledge management (KM) through DC. The fourth paper aims to identify the influence of innovation network and technological learning on innovation performance of high-tech cluster enterprises. The fifth paper attempts to examine the effect of firm-customer exchange characteristics, frequency, and specificity, on the likelihood of the firm to generate customer-driven innovation. The sixth paper examines four key management processes namely communication, coordination, decision-making and knowledge-sharing to determine how these impact on transportation infrastructure project success. The context for this study is the construction of a major highway in the United Arab Emirates.
