Autorenporträt
Professor Yong-Shik Lee is a law and development scholar and an international trade lawyer. He is Professor (Chair) in Law at the University of Manchester and Director of the Law and Development Institute. He has taught and conducted research at leading universities throughout the United States, Asia, and Australia. Professor Lee has published over sixty scholarly articles, book volumes and chapters with leading publishers in North America, Europe, and Asia, in the areas of law and development, international economic law, comparative law, and international commercial arbitration. Professor Lee is currently the editor-in-chief of the Law and Development Review and an associate editor of the Journal of World Trade.
